Build with intelligence: the Vista
Our new two-storey display home in Banjup is a wonderful sight for sore eyes, a vista that will take your breath away.
We are proud to announce that the Vista will be opening on Saturday October 31.
Since it is Halloween on this date, your treat can be seeing the designer kitchen and landscaped alfresco dining, while your trick can be disbelief at how the Vista has the most storage we have ever included in a home without compromising on open-plan living space.
Speaking to Ryan Webb, our Sales Manager, we looked at how this double-storey home was built with intelligence.
Vista: seeing is believing
"From the moment you lay eyes on the Vista, you see big 8x20 double doors leading from the large porch into the entryway. You step inside and the grand feeling continues with a feature pier column, included not only as a chic architectural feature but also built intelligently to offer further structural support. This pier connects to the study and media room, adjacent to the open stairwell," explained Ryan.
There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and an elegant powder room in the Vista. The front has a standout blade wall, and creative alternative tile features to enhance the facade. In the backyard, alfresco dining and professional landscaping welcome you to an outdoor barbecue in the Perth sunshine.
The master bedroom is an ode to luxury, with a coastal blue, grey and rustic brown wooden colour scheme echoed here to match the rest of the home. Fashion-lovers will melt over the walk-in-robe, which connects directly to the ensuite bathroom and has enough room to put in a sofa. Tres chic!
Located in the beautiful and welcoming family-friendly community of Calleya, the Vista is only 23 kilometres from Perth's CBD. Very close to major shops and around 5 kilometres from the train station, the Vista is truly set in a prime spot.
In addition to their proximity to the urban city, families here are also graced by the lush, green open spaces surrounding Stockland Estate's Calleya region. In fact, 13 per cent of the complete grounds are natural lawns, parks and gardens, according to the official Stockland website.
Clever cantilever construction
Because the vista's two floors are built using a cantilever method, build times are super efficient, saving costs too. The upper floor follows brickwork of the lower floor to ensure a swift build.
None of this compromises on smart spatial design, which in the vista particularly shines through immense storage facilities - large dual sliding door cupboards, pantry shelving, cupboard under the stairs (for any Harry Potter fans) and much more.
"There's not one inch of wasted space," said Ryan proudly.
Spectacular vista of added spaces
Special additional spaces include a private study and media room downstairs, and a dedicated 'kids zone' activity space upstairs between bedrooms. This wide, open-plan area can also easily be converted into a second lounge or living area, such as a library.
"The Vista's private study is a great example of how flexible the rooms can be - the home has been built cleverly so a wide range of purposes can be catered to," added Ryan.
Indeed, people who run businesses from home or work remotely will adore having such a pristine study as a home office. Students who want a nice, quiet area to do their assignments will also be grateful for such a practical space.
Come see and believe the Vista for yourself!
