All of our homes are meticulously designed by our extremely experienced in-house Design team to ensure the floorplans are liveable, functional and affordable. Generally, we encourage people to choose a floorplan from our range as we are confident we’ve thought of every single element of the design and know that it will cater to the needs of our clients.
But we know that there is no such thing as ‘one size fits all’. That’s why we give you a number of options from tweaking our standard designs to designing a completely customised home from your own plan.
Even if you love one of our home designs, you may want to tweak it just a little, to change it from merely “fabulous” to “absolutely perfect”!
At apg Homes, we let you customise our designs or you can even design your new home from scatch.
