Build with intelligence: the Vogue
"Strike a pose! Vogue, vogue, vogue," sang Madonna, and our latest display home, the Vogue, certainly strikes a stunning architectural pose with its contemporary design. Fashionable, modern and chic are words that spring to mind when describing the style of this two storey design home.
Like any good fashion collection, the Vogue shows off both style and smart designing. This home showcases some our latest spatial management strategies and lives true to our motto: build with intelligence. We sat down with our building managers to develop a highly efficient method of construction, resulting in a cost effective build that is enticing for our customers.
The configuration of the four bedrooms, two bathrooms, powder room and spacious living areas have been cleverly laid out with the end user in mind. Read on to discover how this new home was built with intelligence, and how it can provide you with comfortable, quality living.
'Vogue, Vogue, beauty's where you find it...'
Keeping in mind the needs of growing families, the Vogue makes smart use of both storeys to offer an open flow floorplan with ample space for everyday living. Downstairs has a laundry, powder room, lounge, large entertainment style kitchen, walk-in pantry with plentiful shelving and storage, dining zone, and a second spacious living area which opens out onto alfresco seating as well. Think light, airy, roomy.
Functional features are present throughout the design, showing our attention to detail. For example, a 'drop off zone' recessed space is built into the wall near the garage entry for easily unloading groceries from the car before taking them to the nearby kitchen. Similarly, plumbing and air conditioning ducts have been strategically placed to be hidden in the home, not obstructing the flow.
Upstairs, as soon as you step off the staircase, you are welcomed by an activity room sure to become the family hub.
"The activity room is massive, expansive - one of my favourite aspects of the Vogue," said Ryan Webb, our Sales Manager. "I also love the master bedroom and ensuite. It feels like a resort. You enter the bedroom through a special foyer space, perfect for hanging family photographs or keeping a comfortable settee."
The master bedroom is expertly designed to feel resort-like, with large windows, generous walk-in-robe, luxurious bathroom and ample floorspace. The other three bedrooms are also treated with care, arranged around an indulgent, tiled bathroom.
Even the outdoors space has been carefully considered, with raised seating built into the backyard's pergola. This is surrounded by decking for those balmy Perth evenings outside with friends and family, framed with lush green plants including mixed succulents.
Design worthy of being 'on the cover of a magazine'
From the moment you lay eyes on the front elevation of the vogue, you will be impressed by its blade walls flanking the doorway and the large glass window panelling. These windows let Perth's sunshine in to hug the inside of the home, illuminating the upstairs rooms with plenty of natural light.
"Using acrylic texture coat over the exterior brickwork highlights our building with intelligence philosophy because it is a good weatherproof material, while the blade walls add intrigue and interest," added Ryan. "It keeps up with the trends - which is what you'd expect from the Vogue!"
'Come on, vogue, let your body come to the opening'
The Vogue will be open and on display like an elegant collection on the runways in a few short weeks. Officially opening on October 10, the Vogue makes a statement in its neighbourhood of Eglinton, which is located just over a half hour's drive from the Perth CBD. You know what they say - location, location, location!
The Vogue is situated in a prime spot in Perth indeed, within a kilometre from the beach. There are many parks, gardens and walkways in the area too.
Come along to see it for yourself on October 10!
