At apg we understand that building a home and selecting the right builder is a big decision.
Entering the building process involves a close working relationship with the builder for a considerable length of time and as with all relationships, the foundations must be right.
At apg we take that commitment very seriously and work hard from the beginning to build trust and understanding to give all our clients the confidence to take the journey together as partners to achieve the desired outcome for everyone.
How do we do this? Why is apg different?
It begins with providing good advice upfront during the research phase. The information we provide will help guide our clients to make good decisions along the way, and help eliminate as many “surprises” as possible.
Our sales consultants are trained to assess building sites, identify challenges, engage and advise through the design process, and help work out the best solutions based on individual requirements and ideas.
We have internal support staff to assist with colour and material selections, local council building approvals, construction progress updates, and everything in between.
Our on site supervisors are competent builders in their own right, with hand picked teams of talented trades people committed to delivering the very best homes in a timely and professional manner.
At apg we understand that we cannot be the right builder for everyone. We are happy to provide as much information as possible to help each new home customer make their own choice as to which builder is best for them.
