The doors are set in a rendered facade which includes a contrasting blade wall, a planter box and a feature sectional door to the double garage.
The red colour scheme is carried through the home, with the integration of black highlights and Asian-inspired elements in the interior design adding to the visual impact.
APG Homes sales and marketing manager Leo Callisto said the Asheville had become the company's best-selling single-storey home.
"Response to the home has been really strong in relation to street appeal, finish and presentation," Mr Callisto said.
"It has definitely appealed to families. It has all the accommodation and separate living zones to cater for growing families.
"The elevation and the sense of space through the living areas have also helped make it a success, as well as the great indoor-outdoor integration."
Inside the front door is a long entry hall with a media room to the left past the garage.
The study or home office is at the front next to the main bedroom.
This design, with the children's rooms and activity room at the back of the home, has created separate zones for parents and children.
The activity room and bedrooms are separate, yet close to the kitchen for easy access and so parents can keep an eye on their children.
The open-plan living and dining area and kitchen are in a flexible open space in which the furniture can be set up in a number of ways.
The wall to the north, which runs alongside the living and dining rooms, has a long stretch of floor-to-ceiling windows.
A sliding door opens from the dining area to the alfresco area, which is under the main roof at the side.
The alfresco area was designed for shallower blocks which do not have the depth to put it at the back.
The alfresco area can be seen from the galley-style kitchen, which has a free-standing breakfast bar with a double sink.
There is a 900mm stainless-steel under-bench oven, gas hotplate and rangehood against the back wall and the bench tops are stone, including a slab end to the island bench.
Generous amounts of storage space include overhead cupboards and extra pot drawers, as well as an appliance cupboard.
The laundry is behind the kitchen and has a sliding door to the outside.
In the children's wing, the three bedrooms have built-in robes. There is a bathroom with a shower and bath and a separate toilet.
The master suite has a bedroom with walk-in robe, an ensuite with a double vanity and a separate powder room.
