With great scope for entertaining and spacious living areas, the APG Homes contemporary display home the Lincoln has received an enthusiastic response since it was opened.
APG Homes sales and marketing manager Leo Callisto said the Lincoln was proving popular because it packed a lot of living space between its walls, although it measured just 14m x 30.5m.
"The feedback has been exceptional," he said. "The amount of living space created on a smaller block has surprised many and the sense of space and light has been well-received."
The house was suitable for people wanting maximum space on a smaller lot without compromising on
accommodation and indoor living.
With good separation between the main suite at the front and the minor bedrooms as well as separate living areas, the layout was appealing to families.
"Families with older children have been attracted to the all-bedroom layout upstairs," Mr Callisto said. "The upper-floor activity room and downstairs media room give everyone somewhere to escape to and have an independent or private living zone when required.
"Another popular feature was the way the back was set up with the dining, kitchen and living area facing the back of the block. "This allows the occupants to view the entire back garden from anywhere inside the living area of the home," he said.
The living area offered plenty of space for entertaining, with the display home opening on to a stylish alfresco area and pool.
The formal entry flows past a media room and into the big open-plan kitchen, living and dining room where big windows bring in plenty of light and the outlook across the backyard.
The kitchen is spacious, with stone benchtops and a stainless steel wall oven, gas cooktop, slide-out range hood and dishwasher recess.
The ground-floor wing encompasses a toilet, broom closet, access to the double garage and the big laundry, which has external access and a big linen closet.
