APG sales and marketing manager Leo Callisto said it was part of the first stage of the development including eight two-storey homes on blocks 8m wide.

Atwell, south of Jandakot, offers easy access to the freeway and train and the homes are within an established estate. There are pedestrian paths linking streets and eventually residents will be able to walk to shops and a tavern.
This home's facade is rendered in a taupe shade, with a feature wall in dark blue around and above the front door.
A cream trellis above the front door adds architectural interest, as does the wide-slatted aluminium privacy barrier on one side of the balcony.
A compact front courtyard overlooks a small waterwise garden and a fence with limestone base and pillars and cream metal pickets.
On entering, there is a living area tiled in earthy, mushroom-coloured ceramic tiles, which opens up to the front courtyard.
The living area leads to the kitchen which has a double sink, a Blanco stainless-steel oven and stove and a walk-in pantry.
Opposite the kitchen is a miniature side courtyard accessed through a sliding glass door.
To the right of the kitchen down a small hallway is a separate toilet, a single linen cupboard and a laundry with a sliding glass door to the back courtyard.
The kitchen leads to the dining area, which also opens via a sliding glass door to the courtyard.
On the far side of the big courtyard is a door to the double garage.
Upstairs, the floors are covered with a neutral-toned carpet, as are the stairs.
The main suite opens to a big tiled balcony, which overlooks the street as well as a pretty landscaped park.
The suite has a big walk-in robe on one side and an ensuite with shower, single vanity and toilet on the other.
Also upstairs, there is a sitting nook, another linen press and second bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
The two minor bedrooms are double-sized with built-in robes with sliding doors and overlook the back courtyard.
