My name is Dean Harris and I am the Operations Manager, here at apg homes.
I initially started within the industry as a labourer, working for my father’s small building company whilst still at school and then during university holidays. I then progressed to a Site Supervisor role. It was during this time that I developed an appreciation for the dedication and work it requires when delivering a well-built family home.
I have been with the ABN Group since 1998 and started here at apg as a Trainee Scheduler. From there, I moved into an estimating role and then in 2002 I completed further studies and commenced as a computer programmer within the ABN ‘IT’ department. In April 2003 I commenced the role of Estimating Manager at apg homes. In 2011 I was promoted to Operations Manager.
I am passionate about how we can deliver a great value, well-built home to our clients. Building a home does not start when your house slab is first poured. It begins when our clients take their first step and walk into an apg display home or visit our website. We are relentless in the way we go about our business, and I strive to ensure that our clients receive the best service we can provide, during the exciting experience that is building a home with apg.

My name is Peter Parker and I am the Building Manager here at apg homes.
My career within the building industry started off as a Subcontract Roof Carpenter with Webb & Brown Neaves in 1985. I then commenced as the very first Subcontract Roof Carpenter with apg homes at their inception in 1997.
In 1999, I was appointed Supervisor and had that role for five years before I became the Assistant Construction Manager and also obtained a registered builder certification.
In 2006, I was appointed Building Manager at apg homes.
My main role is to provide valuable experience and support to our team of supervisors through hands on leadership. We constantly strive to deliver a top quality product that meets apg client expectations.

My name is Leo Callisto and I am the Sales and Marketing Manager here at apg homes.
My career within the building industry started off as a New Home Sales and Building Consultant in 1987 and was promoted to Sales Manager with the same company five years later.
After a three year stint marketing and selling new homes in South-East Asia, I joined the ABN Group in 1997 to head up the Sales and Marketing department for apg homes.
Leading a team to deliver the “best value building experience” begins with the will and the desire to always do the right thing. The right thing for our clients, our stakeholders and our staff.
From first greeting or phone call, right through to the delivery of a home and beyond our post construction service, the whole experience must always have the clients’ best interest at the centre of every decision that is made.
