1This is the cost to prepare the building site ready to commence construction. Several factors will influence the site costs. Dollar amount is used as an average indication for flat level sites only. The actual costs for your block may be higher, please check with your sales consultant.

2This calculator determines the stamp duty using the residential rate of duty, which assumes you have already signed a building contract. The duty would otherwise be calculated at the general rate. Visit the Department of Treasury and Finance's website for more information about the residential and general rates of duty.
