My name is Mark Peers, and I’ve been General Manager of apg since its inception in 1997. From day one, our vision for the company was that we’d do more than just build great homes. We wanted to build great relationships, so that we could build for our customers time and again.

More than 15-years later and I’m pleased to say that’s still our philosophy. In fact, our reputation is underpinned by it. As a result, our customers consider us outstanding builders who are great to work with, and we get a significant percentage of our work from repeat and referral business.

Building a new home is a massive undertaking. It takes a lot of work, a lot of organisation and a lot of skill. Done well, however, it also gives a lot of pleasure; our customers move into a brand new home that’s everything they wished for, and more. And that’s precisely why we get so much satisfaction, every day we spend on the job.

To deliver the very best building experience to you, we need the very best people. And we honestly believe we have the best in the business.
Everyone from sales to design to client liaison. From our site managers to our trades. We invest in getting the best, and we foster a work environment that gets the best out of them. We keep them too; many of our people have been with us since our establishment in 1997.

What’s more, we operate our own dedicated apprenticeship program, which continually develops young talent to feed into our trade-base.
This allows us to manage the quality of training and maximise the skills of our apprentices. So when they finish their training, we have complete confidence in their ability to deliver to our high quality standards.
