Hi, my name is Mark Peers and I have been General Manager of apg homes since its inception in 1997. I am pleased to say that since that time nothing has changed! Well, at least nothing in terms of our philosophy.

From day one our core objective has been to not just build great homes, but to build great relationships with the people we build for and to build for them time and again.

Today, our reputation underpins the fact that we are considered by our customers to be very good builders. Just as importantly, I believe we are also very good people to build with, evidenced by the fact that much of our business is still derived from referrals and repeat customers.

Make no mistake, building a new home is a massive undertaking. It takes a lot of work, it takes a lot of organisation and it takes a lot of skill. Done well however, it also gives a lot of pleasure and we get a great deal of satisfaction from delivering great homes to satisfied customers.
