We are currently in the process of building our home with APG, and whilst we have not yet proceeded to construction I wanted to let you know of the outstanding service we have received so far.
We started dealing with Danny Delbene in August last year and from the very beginning he was outstanding. No pressure - professional, helpful and always friendly - we couldn't believe that a "salesman" could be so honest and forthcoming. He has always made himself available to us and happy to answer any questions (and there were a few). His advice didn't end when we signed the contract and we have been so impressed!
We then had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Claire Dunlop and what can I say other than WOW!!!! She is amazing - ridiculously helpful, efficient and so, so patient! She is always honest with deadlines and continually achieves things well before she says she will. Her knowledge and advice is invaluable but it's her patience that we have loved. We have made endless changes and she is always friendly and happy to help and gets things done in record time!
So, while we have a way to go before we get our keys - we wanted to make sure that credit is given to the people who have made our journey so far so enjoyable and stress free! And when I say stress free - I mean it… we may just have to build again with APG to get this kind of service!"
